I've seen two case styles - one type with high-polish lugs tops, brushed sides; and one with high-polish lug tops, and then brushed sides with an additional bevel.
!) Do two different case styles exist, or was there always the bevel, that gets polished down.

2) On cases with the bevel, if anyone has a minty example: is the bevel high-polished, or brushed.

Not mint, but unpolished.

The facet is polished and the sides, as you say are brushed.

All should have a facet but they're easily lost through polishing.
