Three months after my move to Italy and I'm wined out. Time to move onto the great chocolates produced here. The lovely coco chocolate Speedmaster... Into the production area where everything is produced from the raw ingredients... Roasted coco beans turned into coco butter with the rest of the ingredients... Into the trays... Some filled with delicious treats by hand by the master himself... Some seasonal chocolates. Christmas is coming... Finished off with a shot of espresso and chocolate covered coffee beans... I really enjoy some chocolate Speedmasters...
