    Hi All,

    NOW ON HOLD PENDING FUNDS.

For your consideration is this very nice Omega marine Chronometer with 1516 movement. The 37 mil serial number dates the watch to 1973.

It's an impressive and imposing watch on the wrist with a case size of 42mm x 32mm (ex crown) and 10mm deep.

This is a historically significant watch, please see more here:

The watch is in excellent condition having been serviced just over a year ago by Swiss Time Services at an eye watering UK £1400 !! It runs perfectly and is a very clean and tidy example. There are some very minor virtually insignificant marks.

For total disclosure, there are a couple of very slightly darker spots on the dial, they can't be seen unless being specifically searched for - certainly not noticeable in any normal circumstances.

The watch comes with the original wallet containing the timing certificate etc. Unfortunately it does not have the original box or guarantee papers. The service receipt will also come with the watch.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, so please check them out below as they are the best form of description.

I'd like to see UK £2000 NOW REDUCED TO £1800 - NOW OHPF for this extremely rare watch, this to include shipping.

I have no doubt that this is a watch that can only increase in value and represents an excellent investment whilst being historically significant timepiece and a beautiful watch to wear.

Please contact me directly on [email protected] for further info etc.

    Thanks for looking.

Sorry, I did not receive any hands when I bought the watch. It had been serviced by the previous owner.
