Found two awesome watch boxes, a Universal Geneve which I posted about earlier today and this Longines box with all paperwork in awesome shape. Yet again, I have no clue what watches home this box is.
No reference mentioned in the docs? Good thing about this stuff is that it so cheap compared to Rolex and the like
When you get the package, open the leather-bound book. It is a contemporaneous catalog. Those will be the kind of watches that originally were housed in a box like that. Also, there may be a model name on the outside of the outer box. Hope this helps, gatorcpa
very good find. i somtimes see vintage watches in an "aftermarket box with a white pillow" i was fooled once by that.
Not a single reference to a watch anywhere, however there are some clues dating this to 1954 in the booklets.
Holy smokes.... words that big, on the weekend no less....... oh my goodness! Hope you were wearing your HublotBigBangUbergrosserquartzenwatch when you said that! Damn!
