·Up for sale is a very nice, original, and nicely sized Longines with an uncommon partial textured dial, powered by a 12.68zs movement. According to the Longines archives, the watch was delivered to China in October 1955 (see photo below).
Dial: Original, non-refinished dial features a very attractive and uncommon outer guilloche textured dial. The dial is in nice condition with only light patina.
Case: Original 35.5mm stainless steel 8035 reference case is in very nice, unpolished condition with no significant wear.
Crown: Original crown. The crowns were not originally signed on this reference.
Crystal: New crystal was installed during service and is free of scratches.
Movement: Original manual wind 12.68zs movement is running well and was serviced by my watchmaker in February 2022 (comes with a 1yr service warranty).
Strap: Comes on the brown DeBeer leather strap and steel buckle pictured. The watch also looks great on a vintage BOR; the one photographed is not available but I may have some similar ones if interested at extra cost.
Price is $1000 (reduced from $1250) shipped globally. Bank transfer/Wise (or similar) for payment. OF seller reviews are here. Returns are accepted if the watch is grossly misrepresented. Watch is located in the USA.
