November was a blow-out month for watches?

According to a top selling UK financial magazine it was (see below).

I do wish I bought that Speedmaster in 2016 .... I was looking around then.

I wonder what is driving this trend - copy trade after the Rolex rise / fear of inflation / lockdown boredom?

Similar to the euphoria, pre Great Recession. Everything and all brands were being bidded up. But, the party ended then, as will the current one. When? Who knows....

Yes maybe - I just wonder if something else has triggered it - perhaps the internet and more time WFH
