One on the right is a lovely 3513.80.

The one on the left has a darker blue grey dial, and GOLD colored border on the subdials. Quite distinctive. I processed the picture to tease out the difference, but hard its a bit hard to capture on camera. Anyone have an idea what this is?

well a 3513.54 is a Japanese LE black dial with gold accents and least that is what pops on the google search. http://www.omega-watch.jp/3513-54.html
3513.60 is a salmon dial Japanese LE

I walked searches through google from 3513.00 -3513.99 no dice

I did find this though it shows a 3513.54 with a blue dial and papers. Serial number is dead center on caseback though. Seems an odd place, but you can check it against yours.
