Spending the day marveling over that, once in a lifetime, find made by our fellow member Zach, which sent shock waves through the vintage watch community, and then feeling a little sorry for myself because that Rolex Thunderbird I was watching, became to expensive already in the pre-bidding, to even consider make a try at when it went up to be hammered. I thought to myself "where´s the justice in the world" Then I came home and found the below in the mailbox, and in an instance I was an happy man again! It´s worth to be repeated that this hobby, to build a collection of nice vintage watches, is 95% daily transpiration and 5% Heureka moments. I´m fortunate enough to appreciate the small successes one can experience in performing the daily routines. Happy hunting, it´s the travel that is the goal!
