A friend visited a retired watchmaker recently. After insisting, the latter told him he still had an old omega that had never been sold. He opened a drawer and pulled out this beauty.
I am usually sceptical when I see NOS but yours is truly exceptional. The question is would you wear it. I know I would want to but then it is no longer that original pristene watch...a delimma for me.
Oh my! If a picture that watch was next to the word 'NOS' in a dictionary, I'd give it more than one nod.
Great find. the lines on the case look so sharp! I have the same model so it's interesting to compare it with your photos. I don't think I've seen the squiggly line, on the caseback below the sea monster, before.
Yes I bought the watch, but it will sit in my safe. I have another one in used condition that I can wear My friend also has the original omega leather band that was on the watch, he will give it to me soon.
Wow, what a beauty. Mine looks sooo different (but I like it though). The dents on the bezel are gone....
