I'm a bit of a sucker for NOS watches so I could not let this one go. Basically useless obviously because wearing it is not really an option but hey: gold is gold Poor pics which does not honour the watch btw

Actually the whole dial looks upside down.

 

Solid gold dial as well. Gold is not my thing but I could be persuaded with this one.

Hey now, I've gained a little weight but that's just insulting!

 

I love but at the same time hate NOS vintage watches because you want to used them because they look so nice, but at the same time you know then will not be NOS anymore, so there is kind of internal fighting.

Exactly my problem. I've got 3 NOS Heuers which basically permamently live in the bank because of that

You put 3 perfectly good watches in jail? Even worse, they don't see the light of day! That should be a criminal offense.

 

Well yes they are in jail. Basically for not being bad

 

I like gold.

 

I understand the conflict, but what else are they for but to be worn? If I just wanted to decorate my safe deposit box I'd get collectable coins.

 

This is in virtually mint condition, very nearly NOS. I'm going to start wearing it as soon as I get it serviced. But I might take it off for painting, chopping wood, etc.

 

Put on a tool watch for those activities.
