Hi everyone, can anyone provide more information about this manufacturer? I believe it's European Watch Company (E.W.C.), which I know produced movements, cases, and straps for Cartier and other high-end luxury brands. Does anyone recognize this or know more about its history?

European Watch and Clock Company was a partnership between Jaeger-LcCoultre and Cartier exclusively to manufacture movements for certain Cartier branded items. A better write-up can be found here:

I’m not sure that your EWC is related to that one. Are the buckles solid gold or engraved with the Cartier name?

I was thinking the same thing. They probably aren't related to Cartier, as there are no references to it on the straps or buckles. It could be an entirely different company that just used the name of a well-known brand to gain prestige and boost their sales 😀

Well, famous watch manufacturers also made ladies' cocktail watches. I have a Lecoultre from my grandmother. This one has an integrated bracelet, but you get the idea.

I would think the proper abbreviation, if they ever used one, would be EWCC. JLC made some Atmos clocks for Cartier, too.

Here is an example of a dual branded Cartier watch.

This watch was originally sold in the U.S. and even has a different import code than the VXN used by LeCoultre.
