So...I purchased my first Omega on ebay and now after research (which I should have done before buying) I am wondering if the watch is a "redial". What do you think?

    Yep, it's a redial.

I see....what about the movements? Do they look normal? I am considering possibly returning the watch now.

Yes and nothing like an Omega dial. This company is known for fanciful dials that bear no resemblance to actual omegas. This one is rather poorly done as well.

Return it. All the copper plating has been cleaned off the movement.

Well the balance adjustment is moved to the extreme retard position indicating that the watch is greatly in need of service proper service. Note also the color change from where the adjustment arm "used to be", indicating it was just recently moved to the extreme end just to keep this thing alive.
Beyond this the movement is dirty and worn looking.

I have never seen a 'home made' metal sprung finger before. Is that at all right or, indeed common? The fact that no one else has commented on it, makes me ask.

Both my 352s use a single case screw.

This is correct for the case and movement, cal 28.10 or 30.10.

Note your 352s have shrouded buffer springs and are a later iteration of the Omega bumper.

Thanks, another fact to file away.
