You mean which cal were rated as Chronometre? All the 352's and 354's (some were and some were not)

The 2519 were built like Seamasters and powered by cal 333 (chronometre) but there was no Seamaster on the dial. I am not sure if they are considered as Seamasters or not.

Case looks like 2577 but caseback looks different from all the 2577 ones I've seen. Curious to see what it's like on the inside. :)

Don't think it is a frankenwatch. Everything looks consistent to me. The band may not be original to the watch, but these were almost always dealer-installed options anyway.

I see a vague outline of a Hippocampus on the back. This is similar to the very early Speedmaster and Seamaster 300 from the late 1950's.

These are considered rare and desirable by collectors. Not sure if there was a special case reference for these engraved backs.

My guess is that there is a cal. 505 under the caseback.

    Nice purchase,

The biggest surprise was the size, it is 36,5mm without the crown!

The Dial looks original to me, but the MOY test doesn't work!!??

The dial certainly looks original, and has patinated very evenly. Most of the run-down look was just dirt  The case looks the same as a 2577 but the size is too large for that. The MOY test does not seem to be quite as applicable to these Seamasters as to the Connies, here is an original 2577 dial with the cross hairs similar to yours -

If the watch is functioning (looks to be in good shape from the photos) it should be easy to tell if it is a bumper or rotor automatic. From what little I can see, this looks like a rotor model to me as it seems to be slighly thinner than my Ref. 2577.

Problem is that I can't find a case reference for a Seamaster Chornometre with a cal. 501/505 automatic and a screwback case.

So I'm curious as to what you have there. A trip to the watchmaker is in order I think.
