No response from myclassicwatch.com after order. Anyone else had a problem?

    I ordered a replacement crystal/bezel from www.myclassicwatch.com in America but since paying for it on 16 July, Ive not heard a thing. I have now emailed them 3 times and still no response. They dont appear to be on social medial so I cant contact them that way. Has anyone else bought from them and had a similar experience? Any suggestions? I paid via paypal

    Not sure where you’re located but 10 days for international shipping is not unreasonable. I doubt they used any sort of tracking and you’ll probably have to wait another 10 days before filing a claim with PayPal.

    I’d go ahead and file a claim with PayPal, since you’ve not heard from them yet.

    With 3 weeks without response, filing a claim with Paypal should at least get their attention.

    I would file a claim ASAP! Better be safe than sorry...and save all of your communications with the seller
