    What you think?

Bulova states: "The most interesting thing about the new Bulova Accutron Calibrator is that it has a proprietary External Fine Adjustment System (EFAS). This original feature allows the wearer of the watch to adjust the functioning of the watch’s automatic mechanical movement on his own, without the help of a professional. Each of Bulova Accutron Calibrator timepieces is equipped with a special key that is used to adjust the length of the hairspring, and thus adjust the pace of the movement in order to improve its accuracy."

BTW, not a bad looking watch...

Actually not a new idea. Croton did something similar back in the 1950s.

I can only imagine how bonkers an accuracy nut would go with that. :p

Or how much you could annoy your mates by recalibrating them when they're not looking...

Also imagine the water resistance would be rather ordinary

I think some of the higher-end Seikos had this feature in the 1960's.

Nice idea but not of much use in my opinion as COSC is more than enough
