I got so sick of @STANDY heapin' it on me for living in Melbourne and riding a scooter and sippin' lattes that I decided to go back to my bikie roots.

A new Honda CMX 500 (Rebel in the USA).

Only straight blacks for me from now on. :coffee:

Both...........but I might sneak a latte when somebody whose name begins with Andy isn't looking :D.

I'll post you a brown paper bag, you only need to half fill it, it's an empty cement bag. I can't remember who the cement was used for.

SORRY, I mean "I can't remember WHAT the cement was used for".

And I just noticed that I look like my head has been inflated by a bike pump. I'm not usually that chubby but the helmet is brand new ($50 at ALDI) and the cheek cushions were really pushing my face into an Aussie version of the "Fat Bastard".

There's a bloke on the Gold Coast here that makes these clip-on filthy long pony tails that go under the back of your helmet so you can look the part too.

Can't wait for your review of the bike, I have been eyeballing one of those for my wife to join me in my annual North Carolina mountain ride. (I will have to make do with my soon-to-be-vintage ACE 1100).

    Congrats!
    That's a cool bike!
I hope you have suitable riding weather more often than I get in the Netherlands..

Is that a passenger seat or a toolkit on the back fender? Or both?

OK, will do a quick review this week. All I can say at the moment is that I like it.

We probably get 10 months of weather good for riding with the odd day of rain in between.

Pillion seat, it's tiny but suffices for short trips (30 minutes to an hour I'd expect).

    Quit bragging, you old fart.
My last bike was in '76 because I was almost killed!!
Tell Annie to treble the life insurance.

I'm actually proud of you, mate!

That's a very cool looking bike. I wish my wife would let me get one of those.
