We should probably ask our member here Melhadary because it looks like he was the high bidder (and left feedback) on the one that reached 1097 GBP!

And melhadary, if you're out there - dying to know which omega you put these endlinks on!

    Hi

Prices on these appear to have recently gone crazy !

I listed a nice pair of #6's on the Sales section for a measly £400....and took a near offer on them ::screwloose::

Does anyone produce aftermarket approximations that can do the same job?

    Hi Lou

You can buy genuine Omega 19mm 617 end links....they fit the profile of the straight lug Speedy & Seamaster cases....just need slight adjustment to allow the flat link Semi-expandable BCT to be inserted.

    Approx £55 a pair....Perfect ;)

When I saw those on ebay, they were the only pair available, after having been desperately searching for a while (member @ flame may remember), but a day or two later, two other pair popped up, to my dismay . Still, that makes me wonder if those other two are real or not.

Once they arrived, the font of the number 6 along with their general condition makes me believe they are the real deal. The same seller is now selling an SM 300/14755, so I guess they were fitted on it.

The seller I bought the 7912 bracelet from (who is the same seller who is selling the 20 mm links you mention above, seller ID: general*vintage) is currently working on replica no. 6 pieces (the ones we were talking about @ LouS) so if anyone is interested, you can connect with him.

This is where that combination went :) :

Although, I have to admit, they look VERY similar, and if I had originals and saw those prices, I would consider selling mine! ;)

Someone who was at the Omega museum recently said they had a bucket full of them propping a door open. Maybe make a visit and see if you can grab a handful.

    :D
