Have they significantly increased in value? They used to be reasonably common. Nice examples used to be sub $100. I used to buy them simply for the ETAs inside.

 

I'm guessing the value has gone up. I've stumble across some OK examples with their own problems(obvious redial, polished/beat up case etc). I'm seeing ranges from $100-$500.
