    It's interesting that the brushed pattern on the ebay watch and the picture that was posted seem to be out by 90 degrees.

    You're right. The other pictures in the ebay listing do the 90 degree flip too.

    My guess is that these quadrant dials are later, maybe 65 - 67. Here is my early 1963 SMDV...
