This seller has been around forever. Sometimes his stuff is right as rain. Sometimes it looks like Frankenstein's monster.

You never know what you are going to get from ole FQ.

Isn't Ranchero supposed to have cal 267 or 268?

    This one is cal 284.

Edit: yes, cal 267/268 for sub second dial, cal 284 for center seconds. So far, so good!

..... and sometimes the second hand is superglued on to the pinion. Frank definitely puts meaning in the phrase caveat emptor.

That's only the current bid. By the end of the listing it will be much higher.

Yes. sorry. It was early. Often they have a Buy Now price and I wasn't paying much attention. It should go much higher..

I bought my Memomatic from him a loooong time ago and while it looked great cosmetically and the price was more than fair the movement needed a good amount of work. So yes, some if his stuff is indeed cool but others...well, let's just say a thorough service is a minimum

I've always liked these but am not up on current market prices. Is it safe to say that decent, all original pieces trade for $3500-$4500? Am I way off here?

Is second hand correct? It looks new in comparison...
