Interestingly the (later) added A in front of the issue number 205 had been engraved without / ... the same "mistake" happened the MoD on the 204, so just one number earlier (all other "A" I have seen are engraved with an /).

Maybe the engraver had one beer too much that day?

 

Looks correct to me, any other opinions?

There is nothing mint or Military about this watch unless the NATO confused you, why are you posting this here?...or are you the seller?

 

Because some people don't know all of the nuances about these watches. May be all Seamaster 300's with BT's look similar.

 

Maybe they do, but the chap did not post a BT SM300, it was a 12 dial, date version, non military and in pretty poor condition to boot.

What is crazy is that I was searching the interwebs and saw an archived sale from Zaf when he sold a mil300 for $1,799!!!

And to think back in the day when I was chasing vintage Subs in the $1-2k range, I turned my nose up at the 300 because it wasn't a Rolex...oh to have a time machine!

 

You turned your nose at the 300 in favor of the sub?
