Nice 60's gold capped Longines Flagship with the automatic 354 movement, very clean dial and beautiful ship medallion. Flawless silver sunburst dial with subtile cream coloured tritium plots, gold index and hands. Case is sharp with a thick gold layer without any wear, no bigger dents but signs of wear of course. Beautiful ship medallion with almost all enamel intact on the screwed down caseback. Case measures 35mm excluding the crown and takes 18mm straps. Clean 354 automatic movement that is running strong and keeping time, setting the hands is quite hard though but can just be the small crown that makes it hard to grip(which I think is a replacement). Since I have had the watch in a winder this have not bother me. (case is a bit dirty on the pictures but have been cleaned up now when I noticed it) Price: 650EUR net to me by paypal or bankwire. I’m located in Sweden. https://omegaforums.net/search/13022209/?q=hejsam&o=date&c[title_only]=1&c[node]=10 (on my 17.5cm wrist)
Really nice watch for a very fair price!! 35mm, clean dial, beautiful medallion... Come on people! GLWS!
Yea not a lot of love for gold capped watches over here on the forum, on its time it was the level up from steel. I find both steel and ”gold” watches attractive but find myself wearing the steel ones more often, so my conquest have a better place in my collection
I will now also in the price include a nice vintage light brown Longines strap + gold clasp, probably not time correct to the watch but a good combo anyways. The strap looks like its unworn or only tested!
