    Good morning all.

Always happy to plug a smaller brand, especially one who remains authentic to an original name and who produces items of excellent quality.

If you're after an affordable, vintage/military inspired chronograph with a popular name from the past, look no further that a watch from British brand, Newmark.

Newmark has recently launched it's third chronograph, the NP, all utilising the excellent Seiko VK64 mecca-quartz. Based on the all black dial 6BB and the all white dialed HS, the NP is the mix of the two, the 'panda' variant and with the addition of a nicely symmetrical date window at 6 o'clock.

An acrylic crystal allows for an authentic feel, as does the brushed stainless steel, asymmetric case that is in keeping with the military chronograph from the 70s on which this model is based.

Despite the low cost the NP is extremely well made from top quality materials that gives it a much more luxurious feel.

If the chronograph is not your thing, maybe consider the very limited and equally excellent 71 Sports dive watch. Very few are left and once they're gone, they really are gone. No more will be made.

In the photo attached, the NP is worn on a black rubber strap. The delivered article comes on a black leather, with white stitching, racing style strap with a spare NATO.
