·I am by no means knowledgeable enough to say one way or the other, but the 5 extending inside the sub-seconds field is what would make me question if this is a re-dial. It just looks odd and throws the balance off. That said, I really don't know and would wait for others with much more experience and knowledge to weigh in.

·I'd agree with that, also seems that the seconds dial numbers are not squared up with the clock.
