New unkown vintage omega owner

Hi!
I recently purchased a vintage omega that serial number indicates to by from 1959. The only problem is that i have not seen any similiar model thruout my searches. Can you assist me on what is the watch and has it been redialed. I haven’t seen that arabic numbering on these

Omega made many dial variations. From the less than clear photo, the dial looks okay to me, but it does need a service.
