To me the dial looks funny, not used to seeing the lume dots on the inner portion of the dial. Oyster Royal looks kinda squished so maybe older redial? Maybe adam78 can help?

The dial looks original to me. I had a Tudor Oyster Royal 7903 just like it with the dial dots inside the markers. The markers on mine were gold and the second hand was also gold. So the second hand may be a replacement. Great looking watch!

I also have an Oyster but the dots are inside the markers. Not an expert either though.
