New to Forum, Need a bit of advice

Have a couple of older Omega pieces, one of which is a gold case "Bumper" that barely functions. Sounds a bit like a rattle sometimes, don't wear it for that reason. I'm seeking a great, yet reasonable, service center/watch maker to send it to for repair. I have nightmares of sending my pieces out and they wind up in a dark dirty room with someone swinging a ball-peen hammer. Any and all tips appreciated. Cheers.
