so much nicer than the red boxes and these will not fall apart. Has a push button logo in front to release the lock.

Not sold separately so I don't know. Will probably know when people begin selling their boxes in the open market but I can't assume much soon

Very nice! I may need to purchase a new watch to pick one of these up. Or maybe I'll just go and drool over one in the store and go home because I'll most likely keep it in the closet after purchase.

Still, great upgrade over the existing box.

I received one a few weeks back.

    They are excellent.

The top part is also a flap that lifts up and underneath are two storage type areas and it comes with a travel pouch/cleaning cloth.

I use the one storage area for my warranty cards and then the other for my spare links.

This definitely a 1-Up on Rolex. And yet another way for Omega to justify its steady ramp-up of pricing

Do you think it's real wood or some synthetic composite? Either way it looks better than red pleather.

Beautiful, even though it would spend it's life in a dark corner of my closet.

Exactly, same for me - see it when I remove the watch for the first time, then never ever again till I put the watch in and ship to it's new owner :D

Very nice improvement regardless how much it will be used. Nice upgrade.....just hope the cost of the actual timepiece will not be reflected in the final price:).

Lovely! Is the wood grain real or laminated? If laminated, then hopefully they will not peel off in hot weather

It feels solid like the older dark brown boxes that came with the higher priced or special Omegas. I don't think it is just a laminate.
