Just got this speed master but I'm having trouble with what model it is.

    Movement number is 25449239.
Case back is stamped 145012-67 so
Straight lugs with a leather strap

Nice used condition, any help would be great.

    Thank you

welcome to the forum... your pictures are really quite bad, but from what you posted its definitely a franken with parts from different watches.
Case doesn't match the dial, which doesn't match the caseback, and the hands look like replacements to me. Pushers/crown look mid-sixties varieties but hard to tell really.

The dial (spaced T, applied logo, long markers, stepped) dates to '66 - '68
    Movement dates to '66 - '67 (either 105.012-66 or 145.012-67), my 67 is a 26.548.xxx
Caseback is from 67, but the straight lug case is no later than '65
I can't really tell on the pushers, they look like the "medium" type to me, but i'll defer to others. Crown im guessing is a 32/wide, so all of this is mid-sixties.
All hands look like modern replacements.

Still, there's some nice parts here, I like the case and dial.

Congrat on your purchase. I am by no means an expert. Check out fratellowatches speedytuesday articles. This week was about the 145022. I would recommend nice clear pictures too. Most of the pros on this site appreciate a clear shot of watch in all its glory. Enjoy that speedie.

There is something odd about the lugs, could it be a modified case?

It doesn't appear so and I don't think it's possible to do it with the inside curves of the Pro's lugs. The strap also says 19 on it.

I wouldnt say a bad one, just a combination of parts. The overall look of the watch still looks good imo

I've been on the look out for a straight lug Speedy case and they dont come up very often

Depends on how much you paid for it. If you paid it cheap, it could be a good deal, but if you paid retail for it then it's bad.

Instead of us offering various price points depending upon this or that, if might be easier if we just cut to the chase and you tell us what you paid.

I don't know if it's just my computer, but the pictures have also vanished?

Pricing is difficult as waht model you you price it as? Realistically, it's worth the sum of it's parts.

    Really?!

Great. In that case, you're absolutely laughing!!

If you want a watch that looks nice and you're not bothered about it being correct, then you;re sorted. If you want a correct and original vintage Speedmaster, you can easily sell these parts individually for a nice profit to put towards a correct one.

I take it you're in the UK? There are a number of members here who are UK based (me included) who are always on the lookout for spares if you decide to sell for a decent profit.
