    This iteration doesn't do anything for me, but I think the tech will get more interesting when they can fit it purely in maybe a deployant buckle allowing other straps to be fit to it. The longer battery life is a pretty interesting differentiator from the current smartwatch market.

    Buying an Ipad mini or similar device looks like it would be much more useful... displays mobile versions of webpages and maps and lets you read more than one line at a time.

    My thoughts exactly. Make it just the deployant buckle and make it look good and I'd be a customer. Honestly I'd be happy with just email, call and text notifications. Add Samsung or apple pay for an extra bonus. All other features are arguably irrelevant.
