What an entertaining thread. That 200 post count is nice and the selling space is sweet. I get the allure. I always figured there are no shortcuts in life. A buyer from these forums would probably sniff the sketchy 200 posts out and pass on the deal. I certainly would.

Maybe the rule should be amended. 200 posts AND 60 days of active participation or something like that. Or 30, or 90. Whatever is reasonable and shows a little bit of commitment to the Comunity.

I think we鈥檙e looking too hard at the privilege to post a for sale ad. I鈥檓 sure the post farmer is thinking he鈥檚 close to selling that 2007 speedy reduced for $3900 but he may find his farming was for naught. I get that we鈥檙e trying to minimize the scammers here but some of that will have to come from some due diligence on the buyer. If I search recent posts from the seller and they鈥檙e all crap I may (and should) think twice before sending any money.
