@AustinPerpetual seems to be on a roll.
Must have just read the rules for Sales and WTB.
or maybe he's in isolation and getting bored.
When this happens I would imaging the "Rapid Poster" get's booted from the Forum?
Depends on the motive of the member and how well they follow the rules.
Sometimes it’s easy to rapid post if you enjoy varying threads and find yourself with time on your hands. That won’t result in a boot.
I’ve seen obvious post farming attempts result in posts being deleted. If the member doesn’t follow the rules and obviously posts farms again, I’ve seen that result in the boot. And by obvious I mean, meaningless one word responses that don’t add anything and any conversation. Like, “cool.”

He’s been a member for two years so at least he didn’t join just for a quick access to sales.

Well... This is my 195th post! I have just checked.Only five more and I would be - technically - allowed to post a "FS " offer, right? The funny thing is... I have nothing to sell! Nothing at all. But I didn't realize posts were scrutinised that much....
They normally aren’t, but when they come in rapid fire, they show up on the feed. As said above, rapid fire responses can be indicative of several things from overly caffeinated and bored to trying to boost post count. I was accused of post farming at one time- but I was caffeinated, bored, and depressed- so the trifecta explains that….and my posts are usually anything but short.
