    Evening all,

Really do not know wether to pick up a new Seamaster 41 mm for 35% off ( work discount) or wait until a suitable one pops up on the Bay for a good price. Nee would set me back £1800 and a pre owned which is a couple of years old would be around the £1200 mark.

Im not made of money so it is quite a big difference for me but should I make the most of the discount? Would it be worth thr extra £500 or so to but the brand new one?

    Really would appreciate any suggestions!

    Thanks guys,

    Sam

I've been going through the same decision process and after discussing it with my wife have decided to go new from a trusted seller here on OF. I'm too picky, if it's not truly vintage I want to put the scratches on my watch, vintage is an entirely different story.

Your picture is the previous version, the new SMP 300m has a ceramic bezel and no wave dial. If you can get a NOS with aluminum bezel buy it, especially if at a discount.
