·Yes, I got email today about the new FOIS. Apparently Schirra’s flight was October 3, 1962: today’s release is a reimagined reissue of Schirra’s CK2998:

The date is engraved on the caseback. Unlike the last FOIS, this one doesn’t appear to be numbered.
