Looks like Omega's golden boy is getting his own watch, after being photographed in various Speedmasters and Seamasters over the years:

Only 280 of them, so it's not like you'll see them around much. Might also be the 46mm diameter, or nearly 20mm thickness that keeps 'em in short supply.

You'd think they'd at least put some green on it and photograph it at 4:20.

Hmm, second LE this year with a Ceramic White Dial. I hope it doesn't become a trend and find it's way to a Moonwatch LE next year.

I like it! Except for the size, and the MP, and the price I'm sure.

If it was 39mm I would probably throw it prettt high on my list.

Thinking about it I have not seen a "special" or "limited addition" that I actually like and I feel is wearable. Give me a good old vanilla all day long. What the hell is wrong with the SMP, PO, Aqua Terra, Speedy Pro configuration? If I'm honest I am starting to think that it does detract from the brand a bit, I love my Omegas but I do kind of wish they would limit the limited editions.

Really? Not a single one? Apollo 11 45th, Snoopy, SPECTRE, Trilogy, Speedy Tuesday, Speedyorite, etc...?

I personally love that about the brand. I'm glad I don't have to wear the vanilla.

At least at 280 pieces this can and should be called "limited edition" unlike some other "limited" versions of omega watches at 7007 pieces and so on....

I like the PO line, I like the flashy colors on this one, would make a fun summer watch. But the size/height kills all he modern variations for me. I will have to stick with my 42mm 2500 PO.

I like the colors but the massive size would always be an issue.
