    Hello everyone,
New to this Forum, i have in my possession an old OMEGA wristwatch, probably belong to a relation of mine, long time ago...i am curious to know more about it, and if it is possible to put it on sale and how much, if at all, i should ask for it
thank you for your kind advice!
Here some photos of this watch: everything looks authentic, gilded numerals? a few scratches though looks like a model of 1955 or so..
    Here some photos,

Thanks you for your reply! i do own this watch ,and btw this watch is mechanical not automatic, other then that i cannot provide any further information. this watch was kept in store for many years, and was not in use at all by any one. I am interested in knowing more about it, its history, how should it be maintained, it looks quite original to me (not a fake) etc.. and estimation of its value if it has any
can send more photos if needed..

    Hello David1
Take it to watchmaker and ask him to take the back off. Take a photo of the inside of the case and a pictureof the movement. The case number will help identify the watch and the movement will allow members to see if everything matches. Take close ups for accurate information. Omega have produced thousands of different models so it is not easy to tell just from the shots you have posted.
