Hello! Long-time lurker and new member, with my new (for me) Omega Speedmaster Professional. I bought it as a treat to myself, as I turn 30 years old this year. There are many watches I love and admire, but as a research scientist and NASA enthusiast, this was high up the list. There are many versions of this iconic watch... Any guesses as to which model it is?
Ah but it isn't a sapphire sandwich! Its hesalite on the front which makes it very cool. 3573.50 is the SS, 3572.50 is half sapphire half hesalite
Thanks all! Conversely, I'm looking for some decent straps! I would like an Omega black leather, with deployment, and maybe a grey NATO.
