    Hi Folks

I want to introduce myself as a new member in this forum.
I live in Germany and there is still only one Omega Seamaster cosmic 2000 that I can call my own.
I love this watch even though it has few mechanical problems to be repaired (not so easy as I thought ...).
Beside I collect some vintage watches from the 70´s and started working on calibers by myself.
I´m looking forward to many discussions.
    Here is my Omega ...

Welcome mate, one of the nice things about the Cosmic 2000 is that its relatively inexpensive to purchase a donor movement if the movement in it is too problematic to be serviced. If the watch really does need "one of everything" mechanically that can be a rather cost effective option.

That's what I was thinking about, when I bought the watch. No high-end complication and a caliber to be found on the market rather easily. Even though it seems to have a monocoque-case that I haven't been working on yet, with a special stem and a caliber that comes through the glass-side. All new for me and an omega is not the type of watch that I am keen on practicing on ... ::book::

    Hello admins
What does the red flag mean that occurs on the headline of my introduction post?
    Thanks in advance for answering.

Probably an alert that Jones in La alerted you by writing, " @lutzG " .

Click on "latest" then click on "alerts"
