    Hi

I'm a collector from Singapore, mostly into Rollie Daydates but own a 2254.50 and prev a PO but sold it coz couldn't handle the heft. Was an absolute joy to own though. The striking orange bezel always put a smile to my face.

I was introduced to this forum by completing a sale for a Heuer Skipper 73464 first exeuction with Bernard De Vos a while back. Steady and rock solid seller, I believe his reputation speaks for itself on this forum. Hope to contribute and learn more about all watches from fellow members, cheers!

Welcome @mzzleather nice Heuer! I also own a 2254 & have recently gone down the rabbit hole of wanting a Blue SMPc to complement the 2254! This forum is addictive :D

@DJG2645 tks tks concur with u 100%, all forums are addictive tbh. I have seen the blue bezel SMP before in the flesh belonging to a customer whom I crafted leather straps for, interesting hue and shade.

Personally though, I still dig the black bezel variant the most coz of its simplicity and coherence with the wave dial. Like it even more then the legendary SMP great white all white bezel or black-white bezel.

@Scarecrow Boat tk you, I'm blown away by this one eyed jack whenever it gets wrist time but its not perfect though for sure. Contemplating if I should restore 3 and 9 oclock missing mini lume plots. Top pusher also has surface peel, reckon chrono pusher spare parts shouldn't be too difficult to source.

@mzzleather I I think I am going to have to try and see a blue one in the flesh, which may be a challenge as I am interested to see the non wave version, but I will have a hunt about over time! I would usually go for black but I love my 2254 in black so think blue might compliment it well! I am in no rush though so I will bide my time and choose wisely! :)
