I have an opportunity to purchase this watch and I can't find a thing about it or a picture like it anywhere. I love the look and size. Face about the size of a quarter. Its unused and I am told it is from late 1990s and was offered for only 3 years. Can anyone share more details? I appreciate your knowledge, guidance and opinion! Thank you!

Take to a watchmaker and get the case back off. There you will find the reference number which you can google to find more information. It appears to be a lady's quartz constellation.
