Hi everyone,

My name is Omar—great to be here. I’ve recently joined the forum and have been really enjoying going through the threads and learning from the level of knowledge in this community.

I wanted to introduce myself as I’ll be sharing a few watches over the coming days that come from a small collection my father has been building. We’re considering letting some of them go, but before listing everything in detail, I thought it would be great to get your thoughts and feedback as fellow enthusiasts.

I’m attaching one photo for now as a preview, and I’ll be creating separate threads for each watch with full details, specs, and more photos.

The pieces I’ll be sharing include a Longines Spirit Zulu Time (blue dial GMT), an Omega Speedmaster Date chronograph (black dial), and two Omega Seamaster Diver 300M models—one in blue and one in white. I’d really value your thoughts on these, whether in terms of appeal, positioning, or anything you think I should highlight when listing them individually.

Would genuinely appreciate your input—whether it’s thoughts on the pieces, market positioning, or anything you think is worth highlighting or being mindful of when listing.

Looking forward to hearing your views and being part of the community.

Best,
Omar

Hi, and welcome! very nice Longines! I love that ref. Lovely Omega(s) too... 😀
I can wish you to fall here into vintage... a way to balance your brilliant collection of "modern" pieces !...
Anyway, you are at the right place to look, read, share, learn, take pics, share pics... 👍

Welcome to the forum. If you choose to put them up for sale, which is how I read your post, you should read the forum rules on buying and selling. Just to save you from any frustration. Ebay would probably be the way to go or perhaps Chrono24 (even though I don’t know how it is to sell there as a private seller).

Regarding the watches themselves they are all new pieces, so information on them is readily available online.

Welcome to the forum, Omar.

As noted above, this post comes across as a thinly veiled sales post. It would be trivial for you to research the market value of those watches, so posting them for feedback feels disingenuous.

I'd suggest reading the forum rules on selling. Sales listings must be in the proper sub-forum and follow all rules described in that forum. In particular, a member must have a certain number (200) of substantive posts before listing a watch for sale. This is for the safety of the community (to reduce scams), and also in recognition of the fact that the forum is primarily an active community of enthusiasts and not a place for strangers to sell watches.

Welcome. Before you start listing these on auction/resale sites ...one of your 2 Seamaster Diver 300M models is not a Seamaster Diver 300M.
