so a 4th version of the watch with mostly the same design that was already a variation from standard 300M...of course im not target audience with this one but do they really need to create so much variations? same with Apollo 8 and latest "version" of it connected to sailing...
below 3 watches prior to the latest platinum version.
technically, 5th, with the Neiman Marcus platinum version, which is arguably more exclusive since it's on a platinum bracelet and the minor detail of needing to buy an Aston Martin to go along with it
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad looking watch (gun barrel aside which I don’t care for), but do omega actually sell any of these when the virtual same version is available for 5 grand metal aside and there are other (more prestigious) brands available at that price point.
I have a similar thought about the 40 grand ultra light aqua terra.
there must be a lot of people with a lot of money to burn to pick this over something else at the price point.
Even Daniel Craig is going to ask for and receive a 10-20% discount on this one
I do like the idea of the ultimate bond watch though. 20 years from now it might be viewed as the pinnacle of this niche collection.
Why the pinnacle? By 2030 Omega will have released 15 new Seamaster Bond models at least. This insanely overpriced and totally forgettable model drown in the cascade of other Omega releases.
