Very important watch Yet doesn't this dial look too poor to be an innovative model in this year's collection?

So the novelty is in the fact that this one has the ceramic dial as well??

I don't really know the technical complications regarding production of these dials, but I guess one of the most probable advantages would be that the color would be easier to match to the bezel tone maybe..?

Otherwise, I don;t know what the real advantage is...
Kind of like baked grand feu enamel maybe??

Haven't seen this watch in the flesh yet, maybe looking it in real life could make a difference..

I guess the dial wont age, or not significantly? Maybe Rolex is sick of all the big money coming from the crazy vintage market, and they are trying to create a modern watch that will not age in any detectable way? All in the name of durability of course.
I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid or not....
🤔

I sincerely hope that with the evolution of production techniques the problem of what could happen to the surface treatments of some dials in the 1970s is no longer a case to be particularly alarmed about. if it is, I hope that a company like Rolex will keep in mind a more targeted research and not a simplification of the part. At least this I hope 😀😀😀😀
