OK - the term grail may be thrown around a lot, but At 29k, it's hardly an impulse buy...

but I tried this one on last weekend and it absolutely blew my mind!!! This is the hottest watch I have ever worn!

Keep in mind, I have a RG Daytona, a DD2 diamond dial, a VC overseas, a breguet 18k big marine, and a RG Hour vision...

NOTHING has left this much of an impression on me....

I'm putting it in writing now, so it is out there in the universe... at some point I will return to this thread with legitimate wrist shots..

In the meantime...If anyone has this one - please indulge me...stories, wrist shots, whatever...
hell, anyone else who has tried it on...please enable me..!!

I love the rose gold white dial version of that piece, reminds be very much of my vintage '58 18K Rose Gold Cal 320

I looked at that DeVille recently. I am a fan of two register chronos, because it makes the dial cleaner and simpler. I this this watch fails that because of the large Roman numerals. I'd have preferred coffin hour markers or something like that.

I've seen this watch in person and it is amazing. The picture really doesn't do the dial color justice as it plays with the light much better in person.

That's amazing Deville Superdoc...........even better with Cal 9500.
However the price is more expensive than RG Daytona? :whistling: It already touch AP royal oak and Patek Nautilus territory.

That's true :D I wouldn't start the discussion on those two prices because I just don't know. Need to seriously save to get the AP RO someday.

I too am a fan of the watch though the gold version is a bit too much bling for me. I like the hour vision case style very much and I think this chronograph looks very nice indeed though my preference would be in steel.

The blue on Hour Vision bracelet in steel is pretty damn nice, I love how they've created alternating textures with starburst in the center and concentric on the outer edge

Without doubt the steel is nice...But the Red gold against Blue is something to truly behold...

when you consider the fact that Blue and Orange are complimentary colours....it creates an effect that can never be reproduced in pictures...

as for the RG Daytona comment... I have a RG Daytona - black dial on bracelet -
    MSRP 34,850-

I love it....but honestly it did not get my heart rate going the way this one did....

need to replenish the Watch budget , but this will be mine....Just ask Kringkily

heh I would never suggest a poorly designed piece but I remember another forum member on TRF showing a special event where he was able to try on different new Omegas and this one got everyone just drooling. I mean I don't really like the older devilles because of their rather plan or weird dial designs but the newer ones are really stepping up the plate.
