    Hi all,

I'm new here, I live in The Netherlands.
    I own a PO 2500D 45mm (2011), and a G-Shock.
My PO is my daily watch, and only rests during the sleeping hours, and during outdoor activities when it's replaced by the G-Shock.
I'm not a watch collector/hoarder, I just like the looks and feel of my PO.

They say; a post is worthless without a picture.

    So here's my PO:

    Thanks for the welcome!
Hopefully my Planet Ocean will last a lifetime so, for the moment, no need for a next watch.
But who knows, what will happen in the future?

Ah but what if you need a chronograph, or a dress watch for a formal occasion etc :)

:D I also like the looks (and the story telling) of the Speedy Pro Moon Watch a lot.

But when I began to hit my late 40's, my eyes started to decline unfortunately.
At a certain moment my armes were not long enough to read a book or paper without additional help.
The P.O. fits best, as it has a great contrast between dial and hands, and a pretty clean dial, without distracting chronometers.
Now I can read the time in a glance, without my reading glasses (with the date I'm in trouble ;) ).
And as mentioned before I like the look and feel of my PO.

Regarding dressers, I'm quite impressed by some of the Grand Seiko's.
To me wearing a GS would be a cool understatement, as probably 99.9% of the people would never recognize it as a serious watch.

Hello, @Johannes123. Welcome to the Forum, and thanks for sharing a photo of your beautiful watch!

Regarding your seeing ability, I have similar challenges. When things get worse for me than they are right now, I wouldn't be surprised if I eventually own one of these: (they are not just for people with vision problems -- they're beautiful watches by any measure)
