Hello all, I found this Omega Deville at the flea market over the weekend. It doesn't have a case reference number and comes with a non Omega high dome crystal that's pretty scratched up. Can someone ID the case ref. so I can find a correct Omega crystal? Or do all the Devilles of the same period have the same crystal size? Thanks much. Tony
Do you see any numbers on the caseback? It looks like a 166.033 and the serial number checks out for this reference. http://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database?ref=14476
Thanks, Selbo. The case back only has personal engravings with the year 1973, so it does check out for the period, but I've found the lugs' shape is a little bit different from ref 166.033.
I've measured the crystal on my watch and found its diameter is 31.50mm while the 166.033's crystal 5087's is 31.95mm. The older 166.020's crystal 5072 is 31.80mm in diameter. Any idea anyone?
