    It says right in the listing

    BLACK TONE COLOR HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL REFINISHED

    Refinished means redialed in our terms. This seller is saying that the round piece of metal is the original dial - but to collectors original also means the finish. It's splitting hairs in his favor hoping a n00b doesn't know the difference. Legally he's correct and would win a dispute over on item as not described, but it isn't totally honest.

    Also, if it's a caliber 552 why doesn't the dial say AUTOMATIC? It's incorrectly redone. Pass.

    Can't help with this one - not good with these manual winds.
