I recently purchased a vintage Heuer Carrera 2448 which has a wrong worn crown. I found one online which is suitable for a tap 10 stem (0.90mm). I found also a stem for valjoux 72 which is available in tap 7 and tap 10 (1.2mm). Does this mean both the 0.9 and the 1.2 stem will fit on a valjoux 72, and size just depends on the crown you want to attach on the stem?
