My original case back is pretty banged up with case opening marks and I want to freshen it up without polishing it. My current case back says 145.012-67 SP and I would like to keep it all consistent. My intentions are not to buy replacement parts so I can make a profit at somebody else's expense. This is purely for my own enjoyment. Thanks.
Thanks. So by later issue would it say 145.012-67? The listing did specifically say for 1967 which is what I have. I'm rather confused.
genuine omega replacement back, yes. by adding one zero to the number the factory identified these backs as replacements.
Oh I see. That's why the listing said 145.0012 rather than 145.012. Boourns. I really wanted a new one with exactly the same case reference...
I would consider that if I weren't such a stickler for originality. The only thing I could let up on is putting aftermarket straps. I may have to wait for a used 145.012-67 SP reference case in better condition on ebay
