·Also, consider possibly a Japanese mechanical movement. If you like the look and want Swiss or American made, consider Hamilton, or vintage.

·Only thing I've found like this is a Quartz movement. Bulova branded and looks exactly the same. Priced at $100-$150. Reviews are good.
Could be like the Buships diver replicas . exterior appearance correct but with a modern Japanese Quartz movement.
Could be they decided to offer it as mechanical, but I'm not hopeful.
Then again Timex got bold with it's Marlin re-issue.

Just took a second look. The Bulova with quartz movement has the accutron tuning fork design on the dial. Could be this newer offering without the fork is a mechanical.

- If it were a mechanical hand winder I might consider it. As is its just a cosmetic replica, and over priced as such. In fact I've seen what may be identical military styled quartz watches from China, this may simply be a rebranded cheap Chinese watch.
